Michigan Union - Waterproofing and Restoration

The Michigan Union is a central hub on the central campus at the University of Michigan. A green scape was installed over an existing pathway next to an entrance of the union. After installation, the building experienced water penetration due to inadequate waterproofing. We removed part of the green scape, performed restoration and repairs to the building, and then applied proper subterranean waterproofing. The green scape was then restored.
